Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Ameri-Con ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (your name and email).

Order information. The shipping address, order contents, and email address needed to fulfill and ship your order.

Payment information. Card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Messages you send us. The contents of any message you send through our contact form, and the email address you gave us to reply to.

Site usage. Basic, self-hosted request analytics (pages visited, general traffic volume) and a functional session cookie that keeps your cart and sign-in working. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, provide customer support, send you order-related email (confirmations, shipping updates), send marketing email if you've opted in, and understand how the site is used in aggregate so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payment. Printful produces and ships your order, which means we share your name, shipping address, and order contents with them. Resend delivers our transactional email on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide the purposes above, and as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such email. You can ask us to delete your account or personal information by contacting us below — we may need to keep records tied to a completed order for tax and accounting reasons even after that.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
