Shipping & Returns

Made to order

Every item is printed and produced specifically for your order after you place it, through our fulfillment partner, Printful. We don't hold inventory, so please double-check your size and color before checking out.

Production & delivery time

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to print and prepare before they ship. Transit time on top of that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, where the cost and an estimated delivery window are shown before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or a change of mind.

Misprints, damage, and wrong items

If something's actually wrong with what you received — a misprint, the wrong item, damage in transit, or a manufacturing defect — contact us at contact@ameri-con.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order delivered but it never arrived, or it's been stuck for an unusually long time, contact us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Changes & cancellations

Production usually starts quickly after an order is placed, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel one — we can't guarantee we'll catch it before it enters production.
