Who we are

This site is operated by Ameri-Con ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Satire & parody

Ameri-Con is an independent satirical apparel brand. Its designs are original works of parody and commentary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any real organization, brand, or public figure a design may reference.

Products

Every item is printed to order once you place it. Product photos and mockups are representative — actual color can vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we can't fulfill, including for a pricing error or suspected fraud.

Shipping, returns & refunds

See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery estimates, where we ship, and how returns and refunds work. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Discounts & promotions

Any discount code or promotion is subject to the terms stated when it's offered, may be limited or withdrawn at any time, has no cash value, and can't be combined with another offer unless we say so.

Accounts

Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email rather than a password, so keeping your email account secure is what keeps yours secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or normal operation, or to scrape or automate access to it without our permission.

Intellectual property

The site's content, the Ameri-Con name, and its designs may not be used without permission.

Third-party services

Stripe (payment) and Printful (production and shipping) each have their own terms and privacy practices governing their part of an order, separate from ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is." We don't warrant that colors, print placement, or fit will be pixel-perfect to what's shown on screen, beyond what applicable law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
